4.1 Free spins, reload bonuses, free bets, and similar features included in the available offers are automatically credited to the user's account (depending on the terms of each offer), as long as there is no pending withdrawal request.

17. Elladix reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions in case of technical issues, such as software errors in the bonus management system.

18. Elladix provides promotions in good faith for players using its services for recreational purposes. If bonus abuse is suspected (e.g., software usage, multiple accounts from the same device), Elladix may cancel winnings, close accounts, or block access to further promotions.

19. In specific promotions, players' real money will be wagered first, followed by promotional bonus funds.

20. Most of our Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, stated as a multiplier applicable to the Bonus amount and/or associated deposit and/or all winnings obtained from the Bonus amount. This means that to meet the wagering requirement you must make the total amount of bets equal to the respective Bonus / deposit / win amount multiplied by that multiplier. 21. Annex Casino Shop

1. In the Shop the player can exchange his current balance of Coins for Bonuses and Free Spins to which the following conditions apply:

23. Annex Bonus Crab

1. This promotion is available to all players who are eligible to receive promotions.

2. Each eligible player can qualify for 1 try at the Claw Machine per day, by making a first deposit. The minimum deposit is 10 EUR.

3. A player can qualify only for 1 try per 24 hours – The next time a player can qualify for a new try would be at least 24 hours after the previous qualifying deposit.

4. After the start of the try, a player will have 25 seconds to grab a toy in the Claw Machine.

5. Each try at the Claw Machine can bring prizes based on the toy which falls in the targeted tank. Prizes can be:

24. Annex Mega Shoot

1. Eligibility

The MEGA Shoot promotion is available to all registered players.

2. About the game

MEGA Shoot is a realistic football penalty shootout experience. Players take part in a single-player game against an AI goalkeeper. Players earn Leaderboard Points with every match they play — win or lose — and climb the leaderboard to win a share of the prize pools.

Please note this is a gamification feature and does not constitute a standalone gambling game.

3. Game mechanics

Getting started

• A match begins in the Lobby, where players can collect free Coins every 24 hours. To start, players select a Coin amount for their entry and tap ‘Play’ to challenge a virtual goalkeeper.

The shootout

• In each session, players alternate between the 'Penalty Taker' and 'Goalkeeper' roles. To shoot or save, players tap a target area on the goal within the time limit. If the timer runs out, the system takes the action automatically.

Match results

• The outcome of each match is determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure total fairness. Outcomes are based purely on chance and are not affected by player behaviour, previous results or Coin usage. Matches usually consist of 3 shots; if the score is tied, the match continues with extra rounds until a final result is determined.

Interruptions

• If the game fails due to a technical error, the Coin entry is returned. However, if a player manually leaves or disconnects during a match, it is counted as a loss and no refund is given.

4. Coins

Coins are virtual currency used only on this platform and have no real-world value. Players can get Coins by playing casino games with real money at a rate of 1 Coin for every €100 wagered, or by getting 5% of their deposit back in Coins. They are also given out for finishing challenges, winning certain leaderboards, or by collecting the daily free Coins in the MEGA Shoot. Coins cannot be used to place real-money bets, they don't have a cash value, and they can never be swapped for cash or withdrawn.

5. Tournaments

Leaderboard Points

• Leaderboard Points are virtual points used solely for ranking players within MEGA Shoot. These points are awarded for every match played, with the total based on the match result and the amount of Coins used. Playing with higher amounts and winning matches both grant a higher proportion of points toward the leaderboard. On their own, Leaderboard Points have no monetary value.

Team selection

• Before entering the tournament, players select one of the 48 real-world teams to represent. This choice is final for the duration of the event. Team selections are accepted until the end of the group stage (June 27, 2026 inclusively). Players may receive extra rewards if their selected team wins the real World Championship. Team selection does not constitute a betting opportunity, and gamification does not involve predicting or wagering on real-world outcomes.

Daily tournaments

• A new leaderboard begins every day at 00:00 UTC. The top 10 players who earn the most Leaderboard Points during those 24 hours receive rewards. Tournament rewards are only granted if 100 or more players on the brand participate using Coins obtained on the platform.

World Championship tournament

• This is a special event running for 42 days, from 8 June, 2026 to 19 July, 2026. To determine the final standings, a player's total Leaderboard Points earned throughout the entire period are counted. The World Championship tournament rewards are granted regardless of the total number of participants.

Weekend tournament

• Once the World Championship tournament ends, the Weekend tournaments take its place. They run from Friday to Monday (00:00 UTC). To join, players must win 3 daily matches or use a Tournament Key from the in-game Shop. Rewards for these tournaments are subject to the same 100-player participation rule as the Daily tournaments.

Tiebreaker logic

• When points are tied, the leaderboard automatically ranks players first by their total match wins and then by their goal difference. The tiebreakers are calculated automatically to ensure the final standings are always clear.

6. Rewards

Daily reward picker

• After winning a second match in a single day, players receive a reward on the post-match screen – either a Casino reward (like Free Spins, Bonus Money) or a Sports reward (like a Free Bet).

Team selection bonus

• This bonus is issued at the end of the World Championship to players whose selected team wins the real-world tournament. To qualify for this reward, players must have a history of lifetime deposits; specific deposit requirements are outlined in the promotion’s Terms and Conditions.

Tournament prizes

• Rewards for the Daily, Weekly and World Championship leaderboards are based on final rankings. These prizes stay in-game and must be claimed manually via the game pop-ups once the tournament ends.

7. Shop

Players may use Coins to obtain in-game items. While these items can affect how quickly a player progresses — for example, by increasing the amount of Leaderboard Points earned — they do not influence the actual outcome of matches or the probability of winning.

Currently, the Shop offers:

• LP Boosters to increase Leaderboard Points earnings by up to 50% for 3 matches (max 5 boosters per day).
• Emblems to customize the player profile (no effect on gameplay).
• Tournament Keys to get early access to the Weekend tournament (a key is valid for one tournament only).

8. Wagering requirements

Free Spins — a 40x wagering requirement and a €100 maximum payout. Valid for casino games only. Players have 10 days to meet all other wagering requirements.

Bonus Money — a 30x wagering requirement. Maximum release is 5 times the original bonus amount. Players have 10 days to meet all other wagering requirements.

Free Bets – valid only for Sports, must be activated within 24 hours, and must be used at full value on odds 1.5 or more. Winnings from the Free Bet are credited to the player’s real money account after deducting the original value of the Free Bet. These winnings must be wagered at least 1 time within 30 days before a withdrawal can be requested.

• Welcome boosts are visible to new customers who completed their registration during the promotional period set by ElaBet.
• Welcome boosts apply to pre-game markets and are available until the start of the selected matches.
