Bonus Policy

1. Players must be over 21 years old to participate.

2. Our promotions are valid for players residing in Greece and registered on our websites. Promotions may be available for claim within specific timeframes.

3. Any withdrawals made before the wagering requirements have been fully completed may result in the full forfeiture of the offer, as well as any winnings derived solely from the offer.

4. Free spins, free bets, and similar features included in promotions may need to be used within specified timeframes, otherwise, they will expire.

5. Winnings derived from Free Spins and Free Bets may be subject to wagering requirements within specific timeframes before players can proceed with withdrawals.

6. Specific promotions may only be valid once per customer or household.

7. Elladix reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time and for any reason.

8. Elladix reserves the right to determine the payment methods for deposits eligible for claiming a promotion.

9. The company reserves the right to provide promotions (e.g., welcome offers) and rewards (e.g., free spins) within specific timeframes, and players must use them within these limits. Failure to do so will result in the expiration of the promotion.

10. The rewards for certain promotions may be granted immediately after claiming, daily (e.g., 50 free spins per day for 4 days), or weekly (e.g., 100 free bets per week).

11. No casino-related monetary bonus can be combined with other casino game offers simultaneously. Activating another bonus or claiming free spins while a bonus balance from another promotion is active will result in the automatic forfeiture of the active bonus balance.

14. When there is an active promotion there may be an upper betting limit per entry, game round or per line and any bets placed above this limit may also result in the loss of any winnings arising during and after the promotion wagering, which are attributable to the use of the promotion.

15. Active promotions may include a maximum wagering limit per participation, game round, or line. Bets exceeding this limit may result in account closure and loss of any winnings derived during or after the promotion.

16. Bonuses and promotions are offered for additional entertainment purposes, and Elladix reserves the right to refuse a bonus or mark an account as ineligible for promotions at any time, even before crediting the bonus. This does not affect actual deposits or non-bonus funds. Abuse of promotions includes, but is not limited to, using promotional offers without risking personal funds.

17. Elladix reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions in case of technical issues, such as software errors in the bonus management system.

18. Elladix provides promotions in good faith for players using its services for recreational purposes. If bonus abuse is suspected (e.g., software usage, multiple accounts from the same device), Elladix may cancel winnings, close accounts, or block access to further promotions.

19. In specific promotions, players' real money will be wagered first, followed by promotional bonus funds.

20. Most of our Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, stated as a multiplier applicable to the Bonus amount and/or associated deposit and/or all winnings obtained from the Bonus amount. This means that to meet the wagering requirement you must make the total amount of bets equal to the respective Bonus / deposit / win amount multiplied by that multiplier. 21. Annex Casino Shop

1. In the Shop the player can exchange his current balance of Coins for Bonuses and Free Spins to which the following conditions apply:

1.2 Bonus Spins:

1.3 Freebets:

• Freebets must be used within 24 hours of being credited. The player must complete the withdrawal of winnings within 30 days from the time of activation of the FreeBet.
• The entire amount of the Free Bet must be used on one ticket. The winnings from the Free Bet will be credited to the player's actual balance. The original amount of the Freebet is deducted. Winnings are subject to a x1 rollover at odds no lower than 1.50, so that the player can proceed to a withdrawal.

2. A player can collect Coins for the shop:

23. Annex Bonus Crab

1. This promotion is available to all players who are eligible to receive promotions.

2. Each eligible player can qualify for 1 try at the Claw Machine per day, by making a first deposit. The minimum deposit is 10 EUR.

3. A player can qualify only for 1 try per 24 hours – The next time a player can qualify for a new try would be at least 24 hours after the previous qualifying deposit.

4. After the start of the try, a player will have 30 seconds to grab a toy in the Claw Machine.

5. Each try at the Claw Machine can bring prizes based on the toy which falls in the targeted tank. Prizes can be:

Cash Rewards:

• They are added in the Real Balance and subject to the regular deposit requirement of x1 time wager before being withdrawable.

6. The maximum bet allowed while playing with bonus money is 5 EUR until all applicable wagering requirements are met.
