15. Active promotions may include a maximum wagering limit per participation, game round, or line. Bets exceeding this limit may result in account closure and loss of any winnings derived during or after the promotion.

16. Bonuses and promotions are offered for additional entertainment purposes, and Elladix reserves the right to refuse a bonus or mark an account as ineligible for promotions at any time, even before crediting the bonus. This does not affect actual deposits or non-bonus funds. Abuse of promotions includes, but is not limited to, using promotional offers without risking personal funds.

17. Elladix reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions in case of technical issues, such as software errors in the bonus management system.

18. Elladix provides promotions in good faith for players using its services for recreational purposes. If bonus abuse is suspected (e.g., software usage, multiple accounts from the same device), Elladix may cancel winnings, close accounts, or block access to further promotions.

19. In specific promotions, players' real money will be wagered first, followed by promotional bonus funds.

20. Most of our Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, stated as a multiplier applicable to the Bonus amount and/or associated deposit and/or all winnings obtained from the Bonus amount. 23. Annex Mega Shoot

1. Eligibility

The MEGA Shoot promotion is available to all registered players.

2. About the game

MEGA Shoot is a realistic football penalty shootout experience. Players take part in a single-player game against an AI goalkeeper. Players earn Leaderboard Points with every match they play — win or lose — and climb the leaderboard to win a share of the prize pools.

Please note this is a gamification feature and does not constitute a standalone gambling game.

3. Game mechanics

Getting started

• A match begins in the Lobby. To start, players select a coin amount for their entry and tap ‘Play’.

The shootout

• In each session, players alternate between the 'Penalty Taker' and 'Goalkeeper' roles. To shoot or save, players tap a target area on the goal within the time limit. If the timer runs out, the system takes the action automatically.

Match results

• The outcome of each match is determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure total fairness. Outcomes are based purely on chance and are not affected by player behaviour, previous results or coin usage. Matches usually consist of 3 shots; if the score is tied, the match continues with extra rounds until a final result is determined.

Interruptions

• If the game fails due to a technical error, the coin entry is returned. However, if a player manually leaves or disconnects during a match, it is counted as a loss and no refund is given.

4. Coins

Coins are virtual currency used only on this platform and have no real-world value. Players can get Coins by playing casino games with real money at a rate of 1 Coin for every €100 wagered, or by getting 5% of their deposit back in Coins. They are also given out for winning certain leaderboards. Coins cannot be used to place real-money bets, they don't have monetary value, and they can never be swapped for cash or withdrawn.

5. Tournaments

Leaderboard Points

• Leaderboard Points are virtual points used solely for ranking players within MEGA Shoot. These points are awarded for every match played, with the total based on the match result and the amount of bonus points used. Playing with higher amounts and winning matches both grant a higher proportion of points toward the leaderboard. On their own, Leaderboard Points have no monetary value.

Daily tournaments

• A new leaderboard begins every day at 00:00 UTC. The top 5 players who earn the most Leaderboard Points during those 24 hours receive rewards. Tournament rewards are only granted if 10 or more players on the brand participate using coins obtained on the platform.

Weekend tournament

• A new leaderboard begins every Friday at 00:00 UTC and runs until Monday (00:00 UTC). The top 5 players who earn the most Leaderboard Points during this period receive rewards. To join, players must win 3 daily matches or use a Tournament Key from the in-game Shop. The Weekend tournament rewards are granted regardless of the total number of participants.

Tiebreaker logic

• When points are tied, the leaderboard automatically ranks players first by their total match wins and then by their goal difference. The tiebreakers are calculated automatically to ensure the final standings are always clear.

6. Rewards

Players earn coins for individual wins and bonuses through their progress on the leaderboards.

Match winnings

• When a player wins a match, the prize is calculated as double the bonus point entry minus a 10% commission. These bonus points are added to the player's balance immediately.

Tournament prizes

• Rewards for the Daily and Weekend leaderboards are based on final rankings. These prizes stay in-game and must be claimed manually via the game pop-ups once the tournament ends.

Players may use Coins to obtain in-game items. While these items can affect how quickly a player progresses — for example, by increasing the amount of Leaderboard Points earned — they do not influence the actual outcome of matches or the probability of winning.

• LP Boosters to increase Leaderboard Points earnings by up to 50% for 3 matches (max 5 boosters per day).
• Emblems to customize the player profile (no effect on gameplay).
• Tournament Keys to get early access to the Weekend tournament (a key is valid for one tournament only).

8. Wagering requirements

Free Spins — a 40x wagering requirement and a €100 maximum payout. Valid for casino games only. Players have 10 days to meet all other wagering requirements.

Bonus Money — a 30x wagering requirement. Maximum release is 5 times the original bonus amount. Players have 10 days to meet all other wagering requirements.

Free Bets – valid only for Sports, must be activated within 24 hours, and must be used at full value on odds 2.5 or more. Winnings from the Free Bet are credited to the player’s real money account after deducting the original value of the Free Bet.

24.Annex:Quests

1. General Terms & Participation

1.1 The Promotion is valid for all registered Elabet players who are strictly over 21 years of age, residents of Greece, and hold a fully verified account (completed KYC process) in accordance with Greek legislation.

1.2 Players who have set active self-exclusion limits or are registered in the HGC self-exclusion register are automatically excluded from participating in this Promotion. They will not be able to access the Quests interface or receive pop-up windows related to Quests (Initial or Daily Reminder).

2. Participation in "Quests"

2.1 "Quests" are specific daily, weekly, or ongoing missions that players can complete to earn rewards.

2.2 To participate in any daily quest (individually "Quest" and collectively "Quests"), the Player must click the "Opt-in" (or "Participate") button on the corresponding Quest promotional page. Any gameplay, wagering, or account activity performed prior to the official execution of the opt-in process will not count towards Quest progress.

2.4 Only real-money wagers contribute to Quest progress. 3. Quest Types & Completion Criteria

3.1. Daily Quest Completion Criteria

• Daily Quests operate strictly within a fixed twenty-four (24) hour time period each calendar day. Upon expiration of this period, any uncompleted progress is terminated, voided, and not carried over to subsequent days. Only one Daily Quest can be active at any given time.
• Each Daily Quest includes specified terms for specific daily tasks. Individual terms, minimum stakes, and target parameters vary and are stated exclusively on the corresponding Quest Card.
• The reward for a Daily Quest is automatically triggered and credited directly to the Player's balance immediately upon successful completion of any three (3) out of the six (6) available quests for that specific day. The six available quests will include three casino tasks and three sports-based tasks.
• Once the automatic reward threshold of three quests is met, players retain the technical right to complete the remaining three (3) daily quests. Such ongoing activity serves exclusively to advance the player's overall cumulative progress toward the concurrent Weekly Quest.
• The special task/quest of the Daily Quest is the quest that can offer an individual reward for its completion; specific Terms and Conditions apply.

3.2. Weekly Quests & the Interactive "Plinko" Mechanism

• Each weekly quest campaign consists of a fixed cycle of seven (7) consecutive calendar days.
• To qualify for the reward associated with the weekly quest, the player must successfully complete a predetermined number of twenty (20) total tasks within the active seven-day period.
• The player who achieves the required target of 20 completed quests upon expiration of the weekly cycle will be rewarded with € 50 Bonus Money.
• The Player must manually claim the reward.
• The "Plinko" device interface displayed during the collection of the weekly reward is strictly a visual animation element. The outcome of the "Plinko" is entirely predetermined by the system prior to or at the start of the animation sequence. 3.3 Casino Quests

Cashed-out bets, voided/canceled bets, and bets placed on contradictory/opposing outcomes (e.g., betting on both "Over 2.5" and "Under 2.5") will not count toward Quest completion. Minimum odds requirements apply as stated on the quest card. All qualifying bets must strictly comply with the minimum odds thresholds detailed on the active quest card.

3.5. Deposit Quests

Minimum deposit amounts must be paid in a single transaction, unless specified otherwise. Cumulative deposits do not qualify.
