Terms and Conditions
1. The offer is available for new customers who registered with Elabet during the promotional period.
2. The offer will be activated after the first deposit of €10 and above.
3. The user must bet the deposit amount exclusively on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50 to receive the bonus. All bets must be settled.
4. The bonus will be available in the section "My bonuses --- Active bonuses" and will need to be activated by the user.
5. With their first deposit, the user will receive a bonus of 50% of its value up to €100. For example: If the first deposit is €300, the bonus percentage is 50% and the maximum bonus amount is €100, the customer will receive the maximum bonus of €100.
6. With their second deposit of €10 and above, the user will receive 50% of its value in the form of a Free Bet up to €25. For example: If the second deposit is €100, the Free Bet percentage is 50% and the maximum is €25, the customer will receive the maximum amount of €25 in the form of a Free Bet.
7. With their third deposit of €10 and above, the user will receive 50% of its value in the form of a Free Bet up to €50. For example: If the third deposit is €200, the Free Bet percentage is 50% and the maximum is €50, the customer will receive the maximum amount of €50 in the form of a Free Bet.
8. Deposits made via Skrill and Neteller are excluded.
9. In order for the bonus to become available for withdrawal, the total amount (deposit and bonus) must be wagered 6 times on Sports Betting within 30 days of its credit.
10. Any bet slips placed before the credit and activation of the bonus do not count towards the wagering calculation.
11. Open bets or bets that include even one selection from the 1X2 0% rake market, or were placed with a Free Bet / Risk Free Bet or in system form, are not calculated towards the bonus wagering requirement.
12. For the calculation of the total wagering regarding the bonus, bet slips with minimum odds of 1.50 per event are considered valid.
13. The maximum amount that counts towards the wagering requirements is €50 per bet slip.
14. In case of a repeated bet on the same event, only the first chronologically settled bet will count towards the wagering calculation.
15. Bet slips that include conflicting markets do not count towards the wagering calculation.
16. Voided bets, bets on matches that were cancelled, participants who did not compete, or events that for any reason received odds of one (1.00) are not included in the wagering calculation.
17. Bets that have been cashed out are not calculated towards the wagering calculation.
18. In case of a withdrawal request/attempt before the activation of the bonus, the user loses the right to the bonus credit.
19. Withdrawal requests made after the activation of the offer or before the completion of the offer's wagering requirement will lead to the total loss of the bonus, as well as the loss of any accumulated funds and winnings derived from it during the period the offer was active.
20. The Free Bet amount will be available for betting on an accumulator bet slip (parlay), pregame and/or Live, with minimum odds of 2.20 and maximum 6.00.Handicap, DNB (Draw No Bet), and 0% rake selections are excluded.
21. In case the Free Bet is not utilized within 7 days, it will be lost.
22. Potential winnings from the Free Bet are not subject to a wagering requirement.
23. When the customer has real money and the bonus amount from an offer in their account, the real money will be used first. It is noted that this company policy may change in the future.
24. The user can have only one active bonus at a time. In case they want to activate a new bonus while already having an active one, then the first bonus must be cancelled.
25. This offer cannot be combined with any other.
26. Only verified members of Elabet who are residents of Greece and over 21 years old are eligible for the offer and the bonus.
27. If a member or a group of members has violated or attempts to violate any of the above terms, or if we find that they are trying to exploit the bonus to obtain guaranteed profits through betting trade-offs (arbitrage) or any other way, we reserve the right to close all involved accounts, to cancel the bonus on this/these account(s), as well as to remove any winnings derived from it, as well as from any subsequent bets placed after the settlement and credit of the bonus.
28. All offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g., debit card, etc.).
29. The offer is intended for members playing for entertainment, and it is at the sole discretion of Elabet to modify, cancel, request the return of, or withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers, or to deny any offer to any member or group of members at any time.
